Q. How do your manuals work?
Good question, the owner’s manuals for your car ALWAYS seems to go missing. And aside from having the official maintenance info and operating tips straight from the engineers that built your VW, it’s just nice to have.
Volkswagen doesn’t offer up manuals for download, but you can order a new one (see below) or try to track a used one (see below).
This is where we come in. We’ve scanned the original manuals and made them available in PDF form so you can have them on your computer, tablet, or mobile phone. You can make as many backup copies as you like and we never turn off the the link to download your manual again. If you lose the link, just email us.
Q. I purchased a manual but the download link email never arrived, what do I do?
The download link is emailed to the address you provide on the Checkout page (NOT the email in your Paypal account)
First, check your spam filter. Always check the spam filter.
If you still can’t find the email (misspelled email, lost your password, hard drive crash, alien abduction) just email us at info@dubmanuals.com with the details, and we can forward the link again.

Q. Can I see a sample of one of the manuals?
Yes, go to the Sample Manual page…
Q. Is a Paypal account required to make a purchase?
No and MAYBE. In North America, you can use Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or a Paypal account. We only use Paypal as our payment processor. BUT in some countries outside North America, Paypal insists on requiring a purchaser to start a Paypal account. Which is just dumb, I’m sorry. If this is the case for you, Contact Us and we’ll see if there’s another way we can arrange payment.
Q. How much does a manual cost?
All manuals are $8 USD
Q. I don’t see the manual for my car …can you get it?
We’ll do our best to track it down. Just click the “Want it?” link next to the manual and enter your email. We’ll let you know if we get it in.
Q. Do you offer SERVICE manuals for my car?
Nope.
Q. How long do I have to download my purchased manual?
The download link you receive in your email will be active for 14 days.
Q. I accidentally purchased the wrong manual, can you send me the correct one?
Just email us your original purchase details and the correct manual.
Q. There’s a problem with my manual or I’m just not happy with it …can I get a refund?
Absolutely, we want you to be happy with your purchase, so if there are any issues with it or your download, let us know and we’ll do our best to rectify it. If you wish to receive a full refund, forward your original Paypal invoice email to us within 15 days of purchase, and we will process a refund within 2 business days.
